2026 Annual Meeting Exhibitor Requests
Organizations that are not pre-approved to be exhibitors at the MBC Annual Meeting may request booth space by completing the Exhibitor Request Form below. Approval by the Executive Board is based on commonality of purposes, philosophy, and space availability.
Exhibit requests submitted by February 20 will be considered during the March 3 Executive Board Meeting. If there is still space available after the board meeting exhibit requests submitted between February 20 and August 14 will be considered during the August 25 Executive Board Meeting. Requests submitted after August 14 will not be considered for the 2026 Annual Meeting.
You will be notified of the Board’s decision shortly after the corresponding board meeting. If approved, you will receive an Exhibitor Contract. Once the contract is signed and payment is received, you will be assigned exhibit booth space.
After exhibit booth assignments are finalized in mid-September, you will receive your booth number and a diagram of the exhibit area.
