This is a retreat for full-time or part-time Professional Childhood Ministers/Directors. This includes anyone who is considered part of their local church’s ministerial staff, meets with the church staff on a regular basis, or has primary responsibility for the preschool/childhood ministries of the church.

Speaker
Billy Hardesty serves as Children’s Pastor for Cross Church in Springdale, Arkansas. He has a Bachelors Degree in Theological Studies from Williams Baptist College (Walnut Ridge, Ar.).Billy Hardesty has pastored in Arkansas since 2007. He pastored New Liberty Baptist Church in Blytheville for five years and later shifted his ministry focus to children’s ministry, beginning this phase of his ministry at West View Baptist Church in Paragould. During the past nine years, he has served as the preteen pastor and currently serves as the children’s pastor at Cross Church in Northwest Arkansas. He and his wife, Rachel, have two wonderful daughters.
