What is the Together Conference?

The Together Conference is a yearly event bringing together a diverse collection of Missouri Baptist Churches to answer the question: “How can we partner to reach the nations in Missouri?” It is a wonderful opportunity to celebrate, partner, and mobilize missions.

Hermez Moshi came to the United States shortly after the terrorist attacks on September 11, 2001. In 2005, he started Arabic Baptist Church of St. Louis. Since then, he and the church has labored to reach St. Louis’ estimated 5,000 Arabic speakers.

Joshua Prem has been serving the Nepali community of St. Louis since 2017. He is the pastor of Nepali Gospel Church, which works with the Nepali community in St. Louis while also being engaged in pastoral trainings back in Nepal.

Yoshinori Ubakata is a church planter with the Japanese Church Planting Network. For 17 years he has been the pastor of Japanese International Harvest Church in St. Louis, which ministers to the roughly 2,000 Japanese who permanently reside in the city, as well as those who transition through the city for work.

Martin Winslow is the founder and president of Bethlehem Christian Academy, which ministers to more than 2,000 students in hard-to-reach countries around the world. He is also the Multiplying Churches Director at the MBC, where he equips churches and associations throughout Missouri for local, domestic, and international missions.

Volodymyr Zolotov came with his family to St. Louis after the Russian invasion of Ukraine began in 2022. Shortly after arriving, he and his family began ministering to other Ukrainian refugees, leading to the founding of Shelter Church, which celebrated its 1-year anniversary this year.
