We want to help Missouri Baptist pastors identify, equip, and mobilize men called by God into pastoral ministry.
Pastors will be equipped to:
- Identify the called and invite them into ministry
- Equip the called with everyday pastoral skills
- Mobilize the called to plant, replant, or pastor a Missouri Baptist church
The Missouri Baptist Convention will provide:
- Grants to 50 Missouri Baptist pastors to help resource those being mentored
- Coaching and guidance to pastors who are involved in the initiative
