Biographical Information:
Dr. Jeanie Crain, Professor of English at Missouri Western State University, received her undergraduate degree in English from Berry College, an M.A. in English and Philosophy from Purdue University and an M.S.A in Management from Georgia College. She holds a Ph.D. in English and Philosophy from Purdue University and a Ph.D. in Biblical Studies from Newburgh Theological Seminary.

Crain is the author of Reading the Bible as Literature: An Introduction and Biblical Genres in the New Testament, “Voices for the Supernatural and Revealed Word of God: John William Burgon and Geerhardus Vos,” “The Messiah Has Done It: A Structural Approach to Mark,” and “Wolter on Paul’s Theology.” Her website features studies in Mark, Jonah, Revelation, Ephesians, Colossians, John, Jesus of Nazareth, and “Back to Galilee: A Study of the Gospel of Mark.”
