Women’s Ministry Library
Please Note: We are thrilled that we can offer the many Bible Study Resources that we have in our library to the women in our State. however, due to the ever increasing postage and shipping charges, we are asking our churches to help us with our budget by giving $10 for each resource borrowed. The return shipping and postage will still be the responsibility of the church. This will go into effect January 1, 2014. Thank you for your understanding of our need to do this. This will allow us to offer more resources for you and help keep our budget in line as well.

Are You A Disciple? By Laurie Cole
Discover life beyond casual Christianity with Priority Ministries’ new Bible study, Are You a Disciple? by Laurie Cole.
This 8-week, in-depth Bible study helps individuals and groups discover the difference between Christianity and discipleship with practical insights straight from the pages of God’s Word.
“I became a Christian when I was just a child,” said Laurie, “but in my twenties I came to a spiritual crossroads. My life and my marriage were falling apart. I was faced with two options. Option one was to continue doing life my way, as a pretty good religious person. It’s what I call casual Christianity. Option two was to accept Jesus’ call to ‘Follow Me,’ and become His disciple. I chose option two, to follow Jesus – to become a disciple – and I am so grateful that I did.”
Laurie outlines the differences between these two options by contrasting the 7 characteristics of casual Christians with the 7 distinctives of devoted disciples. “A Christian is a believer,” she said. “A disciple is a follower.”
Are You a Disciple? will help you discover:
- The difference between Christianity and discipleship
- How to know if you’re a Christian
- How to know if you’re a disciple
- The 7 characteristics of casual Christians
- How to become a disciple who makes disciples
The Armor of God by Priscilla Shirer
All day, every day, an invisible war rages around you — unseen, unheard, yet felt throughout every aspect of your life. A devoted, devilish enemy seeks to wreak havoc on everything that matters to you: your heart, your mind, your marriage, your children, your relationships, your resilience, your dreams, your destiny. But his battle plan depends on catching you unaware and unarmed. If you’re tired of being pushed around and caught with your guard down, this study is for you.
The Enemy always fails miserably when he meets a woman dressed for the occasion. The Armor of God, more than merely a biblical description of the believer’s inventory, is an action plan for putting it on and developing a personalized strategy to secure victory. (7 Sessions)
