Super Summer 2014 was a big success, information for Super Summer 2015 will be released as soon as it is available.
Leadership Development Summer Missions is a practical look at discipleship right here in the state of Missouri – and abroad.
Summer Missions is a ten week internship made possible through the Missouri Missions Offering that pairs Missouri college students with a church leader, or camp team to serve in a variety of ways throughout the summer, in return meeting weekly with their mentor to catch a glimpse into their life and ministry. You could be serving as a camp leader at Super Summer, or traveling to camps across the state providing back up support, working with your community, putting together Bible camps, providing administrative support, or leading a bible study. The possibilities are endless.
Our hope is that both student and mentor grow as disciple-makers. And by replicating Jesus in their lives, others will replicate themselves into the life of a classmate or a camper – wherever God leads them in life, creating a domino effect all over Missouri, North America, and eventually, the world. Summer Missions is a unique and safe place to learn, grow, ask questions, share what God teaches you, and make a change to be more like the person God calls us to be.
Do you want your church or ministry values to have greater impact?
What would it look like if your members began really living your church’s values?
Imagine new attenders not just becoming a part of your group but living out it’s values and mission.
That is the power of ethos (culture) in a church or ministry.
Come to Engage Leadership Conference 2014 to discover how to shape and nurture the ethos God has for your organization.
The ENGAGE Leadership Development Conference specializes in providing relevant training, resources, and encouragement to pastoral and church staff, collegiate ministers and student leaders. During this conference you will have the opportunity to hear from ministry leaders in large group sessions as well as in breakout seminars as they address making disciples, living on mission, effective communication, and utilizing your strengths. Join us as we unpack our call to deploy and develop followers of Jesus for the kingdom movement.
